We have over 30 years of R&D experience in automotive fasteners, covering strength grades, tolerance accuracy, surface corrosion resistance, and temperature performance, along with MAT self-correcting thread technology.

Manufacturing Capabilities

We have a complete production system for flange nuts, welding nuts, and other automotive fasteners and stamping parts, with over 500 product varieties. From raw materials to finished products, every step is strictly controlled.

Quality Control

We are certified to IATF 16949-2016. Each process undergoes rigorous quality inspection to ensure every product meets the quality standards of mid-to-high-end auto parts.

For different applications, we achieve a diverse combination of tolerance ranges. With precise control from 0.06mm to 0.30mm, our thread fit precision reaches industry-leading levels.

Surface Finishing: Battling Extreme Environments

We have a complete in-house R&D line for surface finishing.Corrosion protection: Trivalent zinc plating (480 h salt spray) and Zn-Ni alloy plating (480 h–720 h salt spray)Temperature resistance: three grades available at 300°C, 550°C, and 650–700°C, ensuring stable performance in exhaust systems and engine periphery applications.

Proprietary Technology: Self-Correcting Thread

Our MAT thread nut features a unique self-correcting function on its first few threads. During automated assembly, even with minor misalignment between the bolt and nut, the nut guides the bolt into the correct thread path, improving assembly efficiency.
